Participants admitted to the second round will be notified via e-mail by April 10, 2017

Enter fee is 20 euros, which will be collected upon arrival in Khmelnitsky.

General Rules:

  • Competition program to be plaid by heart.
  • All competition rounds are open for public.
  • Competition results are announced at the end of the competition rounds.
  • Competition can provide an accompanist to any participant at participant’s expense.
  • Organizing committee has rights to all video and audio recordings made during the competition. Organizing committee can broadcast any of these recordings on radio and TV, as well as post them online or on any other media.
  • All traveling expenses and accommodations (both room and board) are to be assumed by the participants.
  • Organizing committee will provide all the necessary documents for obtaining a visa to Ukraine.
  • In case the program selected by the participant is too long, competition jury reserves the right lo listen to part of the program.
  • Competition jury reserves the right to award multiple prizes or not award any prize at all to any category. Any awards are at the jury’s discretion.
  • Jury’s decisions are final and shell not be appealed.
  • Per participant’s request organizing committee can provide the participants with any of the following information: hotels, hostels, transport, etc.
  • Per participant’s request organizing committee can pick the participant up at the train station or airport and provide transportation to the hotel or hostel of their choosing at participant’s expense.
  • Organizing committee does not provide the participants with any medical or any other insurance and does not bear any financial or legal responsibility for any lost or damaged items as well as for any other type of loss.

Ukrainian version of the general rules is to be considered an Official version for any legal or any other purposes.
